How do I make a booking?
The easiest way is by booking direct using our online booking system. This is kept up to date with availability and prices. Bookings can also be taken by telephoning us on 01309 696801.
How much deposit is required?
We require a non refundable deposit of 20% of your basic holiday price to secure your holiday dates. This must be paid within 3 days of booking (5 days if you are sending us a cheque). . The remainder becomes payable 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are required to be paid in full at time of booking.
How do I pay?
We can accept payment by UK cheque, direct bank transfer or credit/debit card securely online or by telephone. Full details of how you can pay your deposit/balance will be sent after initial booking.
What happens if I need to cancel our booking?
If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason, then our cancellation policy which is detailed in our booking terms and conditions will apply.
Our cancellation policy will be adhered to without exception and we therefore strongly advise that guests obtain appropriate holiday insurance which will cover them in the event of any losses due to cancellation.
Is there any baby equipment I can hire?
All our cottages have a cot (travel cot in Park Neuk Cottage and Wee Lossie Cottage) with bedding provided - flannel sheets, 1 cellular & 1 fleece blanket and a high chair available free of charge. Please let us know when you make your booking if you require any of these items. A toddler bed guard is also available at £2 per stay.
Is smoking permitted in the cottage?
No - all our cottages are strictly NO SMOKING throughout.
